Dank Franks - Artist In Every Form

Dank Franks is me.  I do all the process of artist artworks myself.  From songwriting and music production to album artwork and promotional items to music videos and even printing, cutting and glueing every album I've sold.  I don't need to pay anybody to accomplish the tasks I need done.  If I was signed to a label, they would know they were about to save so much damn money... Too bad bruh.  If I had paid somebody to design this for me, I wouldn't be attached to it, I wouldn't want to parade this ish all over everything I own and don't own.  I am in control.  Call me whatever you want, x-girlfriends call me narcissistic and not because I stare at myself in the mirror all day, but because I would rather spend my time any day working on artwork to progress myself as an artist.
I have no time for distractions or people except for my cat ^.^
If you're reading this, check out my music and artwork or shoot me a message. <3  •  •

10 Years of Experience

Ever since I cracked a version of Adobe Illustrator CS2 and Photoshop 6 when I was 15, I have worked non-stop to master art and graphic design. Sometimes I think back and remember high school days slangin t-shirts out of my locker and getting detention for soliciting or something. The problem I face now when it comes to making a living as a freelance designer, is that even through the Many requests I get from clients asking for a design, none of them want to pay me enough(or anything at all). My prices are so generous as a designer, other designers would seriously laugh at me. The average cost per hour for a professional designer is a rate of $50 an hour. This includes pre-sketches to proofing to final export and buying the vector files for an extra fee.
What differentiates me from other designers is my flat rates. The flat rate depends on the difficulty, size, or detail of your project. My average design rates go from $50 and up, rarely peaking at $250 for the most detailed of projects. To compare the cost from an average designer of $50 an hour goes like so; Most projects take at least 10 hours. That's $500 people!
If $50 for your business's logo is too much for you, with all due respect, your business probably isn't worth a damn penny.

First Ever Cease and Desist

This past week I was sent an email from Live Nation (Evil Organization ruled by greed and corruption) notifying me that my design "Honey-Tang" was infringing their copyrights.  First off, WuTang owns the rights. I understand there is a possible merchandising agreement between the two but LiveNation, the site i hate more than any other besides StubHub, takes more of my money.

Dear RZA and other 8 members,
It was an honor designing this and I hope you enjoyed it. If you or a Wu representative had given me this Cease and Desist, I would have been honored times 1000.
I love you.
Word is bond.

Hexagons are my Religion

So for whatever reason, a revelation, a knock on the head, an epiphany....mhmm..., I started my journey on the path of sacred geometry and I have a long road ahead of me.  I will now be releasing work I have created using my Trademarked Invention called "HEXADRAWN."
I will be creating an Etsy page soon to sell in Paper and PDF format!

Chiefton Clothing Supply on The Come-Up

2016 started off with a bang for me. After moving to Denver in October, I started working for Hottips Electronics in January designing packaging for headphones and mobile accessories. Then, I found a gem on Craigslist! Chiefton Clothing Supply was hosting a shirt design competition for their Spring Line Collection and I couldn't refuse to go to work (during work AND after work). After a long wait till the final day..... I Won!!!
Thank you homies!
